Welcome to Ogden Custom Designs. By placing an order on our store, you agree to the terms below.

Our products

Every piece is handmade in our shop. Because of that, small variations in finish, color, and exact dimensions are normal and are part of what makes a handmade piece one of a kind. Listed dimensions are approximate.

Custom commissions

For custom work, we'll agree on the design and price before we start. Larger custom jobs may require a 50% deposit up front, and we'll confirm the design with you before production begins. Custom pieces are final sale (see our Refund & Return Policy). You own the finished piece; we keep the right to use photos of our work to promote the shop, and we retain rights to our original design files and templates.

Pricing & availability

Prices and availability can change without notice. We do our best to keep listings accurate, but if we find an error in a price or description on an order you've placed, we'll contact you before charging or shipping.

Orders & payment

Payment is due in full at checkout, unless we've agreed on a deposit for a custom job. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order; if we cancel, you get a full refund.

Limitation of liability

Our products are decorative and functional as described. Ogden Custom Designs is not liable for damages from misuse, improper installation, or normal wear. Metal edges can be sharp and pieces can be heavy, so please mount and handle them safely.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
