Shipping policy

Made to order. Everything we make is built when you order it, so nothing sits on a shelf. Here's how long to expect before your order ships:

• 3D-printed items: 3 to 5 business days
• Metal art & custom pieces: 1 to 2 weeks (cutting plus powder coat and finishing)

Larger or fully custom work can take a little longer. If your order is going to run long, we'll reach out and keep you posted.

Where and how we ship

• We ship anywhere in the United States via UPS.
• Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
• You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your piece is on its way.

If it arrives damaged

Our pieces are packed to travel, but shipping happens. If something shows up damaged, email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund, your call.
