Shipping policy

Everything we make is built to order, so nothing sits on a shelf. Typical lead times before your order ships:

• 3D-printed items: 3 to 5 business days
• Metal art & custom pieces: 1 to 2 weeks (cutting plus powder coat and finishing)

Larger or fully custom work can take a little longer. If your order is going to run long, we'll reach out and keep you posted.

Where we ship

We ship with UPS to all 50 states and Washington, DC. UPS can't deliver to PO boxes, so please use a street address. We don't ship to APO/FPO military addresses or US territories yet.

What shipping costs

• Metal art: UPS prices it live at checkout based on the size of the box and how far it's going. You'll see the exact cost, and can pick UPS Ground or 2nd Day Air, before you pay. Our wall pieces ship in big flat boxes, so the West Coast costs more than Ohio and the states around it.
• 3D-printed items: flat rate of $6 for orders under 5 lb, $12 from 5 to 20 lb, and $20 above that.

If your order mixes metal and 3D-printed pieces, checkout shows one combined shipping charge.

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your piece is on its way.

If it arrives damaged

Our pieces are packed to travel, but shipping happens. If something shows up damaged, email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund, your call.
