We stand behind our work. Because most of what we make is built to order, please read this before you buy.

Stock designs (pieces from our catalog)

• Returnable within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original condition.
• Return shipping for a change-of-mind return is the customer's responsibility.
• No restocking fee.
• Once we receive and inspect the piece, we refund the original payment method.

Custom & personalized orders

These are made specifically for you, so they are final sale (non-returnable and non-refundable), except if the item is defective or we made an error.

Damaged or defective

If your item arrives damaged or has a defect, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll cover return shipping if it's needed and send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Starting a return

Email support@ogdencustomdesign.com with your order number and what's wrong, and we'll send you instructions. Please don't send anything back before you hear from us.
